Our training is led by experienced leaders and practitioners with over 20 years experience. We provide these for schools and other organisations supporting schools.
Teacher Training Workshops
Our teacher training days are developed to be bespoke to each individual school and organisation. They are designed to address your individual needs. They are designed and led by experienced leaders who have a strong understanding of the curriculum from early years to post 16.
As we also actively teach within schools, the strategies we share and promote for teaching and learning have all been tried and tested and are proven to work.

We set up the The STEM Workshop in 2018 to improve the provision of Design and Technology in all educational settings locally and we were delighted to receive national recognition in 2021 by receiving the D&T Excellence Award for an award for ‘Development of STEM Learning Opportunities Award’.
Work with other organisations
Leanne is a consultant recognised by the Design and Technology Association, in her work with the association Leanne supports the work they do nationally through engaging in there consultancy group. Leanne is also an associate facilitator for STEM Learning and is a Subject Leader and Senior lecturer at the University of Chester working on both the primary and secondary programmes.

Research
Leanne engages with organisations nationally to support in shaping the provision of the teaching of design and technology in schools, recently engaging in the campaign ‘Engineering Kids’ Futures’ and also engaging with the design and technology association who have recently released ‘Reimagining D&T’ and Engineering Kids’ Futures campaign – get on board.
